Creating an atmosphere of breezy informality is the essence of beach house interiors. Creating large areas of white in a space makes a room feel bigger and brighter. White interiors create a blank canvass ~ perfect for displaying artwork, collections and treasured possession. In order to prevent white from looking too stark or clinical, I like to mix it back with plenty of textures and some wood to add a bit of warmth.
