It's the school holidays and the kids are eating me out of house and home! They are constantly hungry and always thinking about what next to eat. It must be all that sea air! It calls for lots of shopping and a fridge and pantry stocked full of goodies. I always make sure I'll well prepared with lots of healthy, tasty snacks for them and every so often there's a yummy sweet treat like a batch of homemade cookies straight out of the oven. No wonder there is always a lot of friends hanging around in the afternoons!
