I am heading off on holidays today. It will be a great adventure - a mix of a camping and cooking on an open fire with a few nice B and B 's thrown in and some fine dining along the way. My husband is not a keen camper so he would prefer to stay in luxury accommodation the entire trip ...hardly a road trip, I say! Both of us did heaps of camping as kids but a year at Geelong Grammar's 'Timbertop' killed his enthusiasm for any kind of camping so we find a happy compromise and have a bit of both. Don't quite know when I will be back so I have created a series of 'Summer' posts to keep you inspired whilst I'm away. I'll pop in as often as I can because I love reading your comments!
