Beach Hair

IMAGINE IF YOU COULD DO YOUR HAIR BEFORE YOU WENT TO BED
TO SAVE YOU TIME IN THE MORNING...

Well, you can! With a little prep before you hit the pillow, you can actually make slept-on hair look good...

Start by shampooing before bed, and then try one of these tricks:

Waves: Apply a styling cream from roots to tips. Comb your hair into a tight bun at the nape of your neck, and secure it with an elastic. When you wake up, remove the elastic and run your fingers through to separate the waves.

Beachy Texture: Work a product like styling lotion through your hair from roots to ends. Part your hair down the centre, and create two loose braids starting above your ears. In the morning, undo the braids, and spray in some texturiser. If your hair is still a bit damp, throw your head upside down and dry it with a diffuser.

Gluten-Free Diet article

Just read this article, and it pretty much sums up all of my thoughts on going Gluten Free. I only recommend this diet to those that actually have Celiac Disease or have had negative side effects from ingesting gluten. If you want to go gluten-free, you better be willing to take the time to make your own grains such as amaranth, quinoa, brown rice, and buckwheat instead of eating the heavily processed gluten-free stuff. Most gluten-free products on the market lack fiber, are higher in calories because they tend to use nut meals to replace flour, and are not very nutritious.
