As the weather cools down I start thinking about planning a holiday somewhere warm and tropical. This year we are thinking of hiring a house somewhere in the tropics. I would love any one of these places with their white weatherboards, painted wooden shutters, cane furniture and bright, vivid colours. Aqua, lime and turquoise are the perfect palette for decorating a tropical home because they are so fresh and cool capturing both the colour of the water and the tropical vegetation.
