I am currently having a bar cart crush and I'm thinking I definitely have to have one of these for summer. I having been watching this glamourous fifties 'hostess-with-the mostess' trend pop up all over the globe so it's about time I took action. Now a beach house is the perfect place for a bar cart where everything is about relaxing, chilling out and socialising. There are plenty of great options out there but I think it needs to take on a more 'beachy' feel for a coastal house so think rattan, bamboo or white washed cane.

Now one of the most important things about the bar car is the styling, think cocktail shakers, swizzle sticks, ice-buckets, retro soda pumps and coloured straws. These days bar carts are all about being chic and stylish. Try to stick to blues, aquas or greens for that extra coastal pizazz. Happy Drinking!
