In terms of turning back the clock, I believe prevention is better than cure.
You know the drill :-
Don't smoke |
Exercise |
Look after your body, drink plenty of water |
Eat well, drink in moderation |
Get plenty of sleep |
It may sound old hat but here is no denying it is tried, tested and true.
