With Valentine's Day looming on the horizon, I am in the mood for celebrating love and romance. So tonight, it's off to a fancy restaurant on the water's edge. It's a very romantic setting, when the sun sets they light up the beach with floodlights, the moonlight dances on the waves and the stars twinkle in the night sky. I am hoping we can enjoy a spectacular sunset over a bottle of champagne and a dozen oysters. I know Valentine's Day is not until Tuesday but I have planned a candlelit dinner at home on the 14th with all of my husband's favourite things on the menu. What are your plans this Valentine's Day?
