Beach House in Neutral Tones

 

 

 

I loved decorating beach houses with lots of white teamed back with soft neutrals and earthy textures. I think it's a colour palette that helps bring the outside in. These earthy tones remind me of sand, pebbles, driftwood washed up on the beach, weathered decks and paling fences. Greys, beige and taupe make for soft and harmonious accent colours. They blend rather than highlight creating a calming affect. Throw shells, beach pebbles, coral and driftwood accessories into the mix and you're bound to feel like you're on holiday!
