Friday Favorites

I had already mentioned how fast this week went by in the last post...so I guess all I can really do is  embrace the fact that it's already Friday. I'm looking forward to cramming as much as we can into this weekend. We've got lots of work, but also lots of home stuff to do, and possibly a run to Target if we're lucky. I've been seeing so many good Target things popping up on Instagram. I gotta check out those dollar bins!

It's quite chilly here on the NJ Shore, so we won't be doing our nighty walk...instead we may be watching a movie in bed. We have a few we've been wanting to see. And I have a bunch of holiday designs I've been wanting to sketch. Speaking of...I want to say a BIG Thank You to you sweeties that placed orders for our holiday ornaments! We'll be making a bunch over the weekend and plan to ship them out by mid next week. It makes us super happy to know that they will be decorating your homes this season!

Ok, now lets get to that photo above. Ahhh I just adore it! Back in our big time antiquing days we had a couple friends who cobbled together furniture like this. Making creative new use of old doors, moldings, cabinets, and bits of trim. I've always been such a big fan of these cottagey pieces all Frankensteined together with random old elements. And what a fabulous way to display clothing!  

This chair is just so cute! That wood detail along the top makes me think of a strawberry ice cream bar  that's been dipped in chocolate...can't you see it? I wish this chair had a twin...and I wish I had the money to throw around...cuz mannn would they look amazing in our living room!

 I normally wouldn't even consider the color orange for myself. But oh my gosh this dress from Hello Holiday is just fantastic! And did I mention that I love Fall!??

 I can imagine this being my Birthday dress that I only wear once a year! 

These sweet pink platforms from The White Pepper just kill me! Oh my word! Like get on my feet now! They would work so well and look like I owned them forever...I wish I did own them forever. That's the type of time traveling that I would do...I'd go back in time and give myself the clothes and the shoes that didn't even exist yet.  

And as a final note...let me just leave you guys with Teddy Bear the Talking Porcupine. I'm in love with this guy! Man does he enjoy eating his pumpkins!!
