Today I have planned a very lazy day ...
a long, relaxed lunch with friends at a favourite outdoor cafe
A glass of vino and some pan fried calamari
will hit the spot!
We'll work it off in the afternoon
with a long stroll along the beach
or a bike ride along the foreshore.
