To my mind beach houses should be simple, fuss free and easy to maintain. I believe beachside living should be low key and relaxed. In my line of work I see a lot of large, sophisticated architecturally designed beach houses with complicated security and automated smart systems where everything from lighting, heating, pool temperatures and security cameras can be controlled from their city homes. It all sounds fabulous but I wonder if these amazing, hi-tech homes are missing something. What happened to the carefree days of the simple beach house? These houses above all show us the beauty in the simplest of solutions.
