Shades of Turquoise

It has been one of those perfect weekends - sunshine, blue skies, ice-creams and long walks on the beach followed by hot donuts and a thermos of coffee. There's been time to lounge around and time spent in the kitchen whipping up are few gourmet meals for hungry kids and enthusiastic adults. We finished Sunday off feasting on Salt and Pepper calamari, a healthy salad and a glass of chilled white wine feeling sorry for all the holiday makers heading back to the city after their Easter break.
