Lazy Beach Days

We have been blessed with two days of the most magical beach weather. A perfect way to finish up the Easter break and school holidays. Yesterday was spent making the most of all the great local attractions and playing tourist. There was a stunning drive along the coast to Lorne where we dined on seafood at the beach front cafe, there was suntanning, reading, a long beach walk to the pier, a swim for the brave at heart (not me!) and the day finished up with fish and chips at the beach picnic tables watching the sun go down. We all had a fabulous day but my thirteen year old did start the day complaining that 'the beach was boring' ... teenagers!!! For those of you who have wide eyed, enthusiastic little ones who love the beach ...enjoy!
