A Christmas Star

Living down the coast, Christmas lends itself to being a less formal affair. I like to keep some traditional elements like the turkey and plum pudding but then I add a modern, more relaxed twist to it. Being hot and summery, seafood is always a popular favourite on the day, usually in the evening when it's a welcome relief after a big lunch. Donna Hay always has a fresh take on Christmas cooking - I love testing out her new recipes  in the weeks leading up to Christmas ready for the big day!
