Weekend Escape to the Beach

If you don't already have a beach house, rent a weekender by the beach. Pack the car on Friday night with buckets and spades, boogie boards, bathers, towels and plenty of sunscreen and head for the coast. Relax, take it easy, soak up the sun, catch up on the papers, get lost in a good book or whatever it is you do to unwind. Listen to the waves as you fall asleep and wake up the sound of birds in full song. Take a dip in the ocean, ride a wave or paddle in the shallows. At the end of the day when the sun's setting and your skin is tingling from the salt and the sun order fish and chips so you can kick back, relax and forget about the dishes!
